An account has been created in your name on the kodingschools.com platform. 

This account entitles you to: 

• Access to the platform and all its features 

• Educational content, allowing you to teach digital education to children 
• Technical support and initial training in the use of the platform. 
• An additional training service (optional) 

The Platform and all content, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, as well as the design, selection and layout of the platform), made available to the Customer by KWF are the exclusive property of KWF. 

Before you can use this service, you must agree to the following: 

• Access : 

• I agree and commit to protect my platform access, not to share it, and not to disclose the resources hosted on the platform. 
• I am responsible for my use of the platform. KWF cannot under any circumstances be held liable for the consequences resulting from improper handling, errors or omissions related to the use of the platform. 

• Intellectual property : 

• I refrain from reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works, publicly displaying, publicly performing, republishing, downloading, storing or transmitting any platform resources. 

• I agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code. Access to the platform should not allow the creation of a product using similar ideas, characteristics, functions, interfaces or graphics.

• I understand that the platform may contain links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided solely for their educational benefit. KWF has no control over the content of those sites or resources. 

• Failure to comply : 

• I understand that failure to comply with this agreement may result in the suspension of my account. KWF leaves itself free to take legal action against offenders, giving rise to compensation.
